Resize an image to exact pixels

Use this when a portal specifies exact pixel dimensions. Resizing changes the whole image and can stretch it when the aspect ratio changes. Processing happens in your browser; selected file contents are not uploaded.

Common image-size presets

Choose an image and exact output dimensions.

How to use this tool safely

  1. Copy the required width and height in pixels from the destination’s instructions.
  2. Choose the image, enter both dimensions, and create the resized PNG.
  3. Confirm the verified dimensions and inspect the download for stretching, text clarity, and edge quality.

Input, output, and no-upload processing

JPG, PNG, and WebP inputs are supported. Output is PNG. Entering proportions that differ from the source stretches the whole frame because resizing does not remove or add content.

What Readyvio verifies

The tool decodes the image, writes a PNG, and checks the output width and height. It cannot prove that the composition or subject size meets a third party’s rules.

Resize JPG, PNG, or WebP to exact pixels

Use the width and height fields when a website, profile, form, marketplace, or application gives an exact pixel requirement. The common presets provide quick starting points such as 600 × 600, 1080 × 1080, 1200 × 630, and 1920 × 1080, while the fields still accept any supported dimensions up to the displayed safety limit.

Readyvio creates a new PNG in your browser and verifies its finished width and height. The source file is not uploaded by the resizing code, and the original remains unchanged on your device.

Exact dimensions versus correct proportions

Resizing changes the entire frame. If a landscape image is forced into a square, people and objects can look stretched. To preserve natural proportions, calculate a matching width and height or use the crop tool to remove outer content before exporting the exact size.

Upscaling a small image creates additional pixels through interpolation but cannot recover missing detail. Check faces, logos, text, and sharp edges at the size where the image will actually be used.

Common questions

How do I avoid stretching?

Use width and height with the same aspect ratio as the source, or use the exact crop tool when the required shape differs.

Does making a small image larger improve it?

No. Upscaling creates more pixels by interpolation but cannot restore detail that was never captured.

Can I resize an image to 600 by 600 pixels?

Yes. Choose the 600 × 600 preset or enter 600 in both fields, select the source image, and run the verified resize.

Can I resize JPG, PNG, and WebP images?

Yes. The tool accepts JPG, PNG, and WebP input and creates a PNG with the verified output dimensions.

Does Readyvio upload the image?

No. Decoding, resizing, encoding, and dimension verification run in your browser. Ordinary page analytics and ads do not receive the selected file contents from the tool.

Why is the resized PNG larger than my original JPG?

PNG uses lossless compression and can be larger than a photographic JPG. Use a format or compression tool that matches the destination’s requirements after confirming it accepts that format.

Before you submit

If you must preserve proportions, use the exact crop tool instead of stretching the source.

Readyvio is not affiliated with an issuing authority and cannot guarantee acceptance. Check the destination's current rules and keep the original file.
