Readyvio's current tools do not upload selected file contents. The transformations run in your browser. Ordinary website requests still occur when your browser loads pages and code.
Selected files and generated downloads
Files you choose are read by browser code on your device. Current tools do not provide an upload endpoint, account, or cloud file store. Generated downloads use temporary browser object URLs and are not retained by Readyvio. Closing or refreshing a page clears the current tool state; your browser and device may keep downloads according to your own settings.
Hosting, logs, and analytics
The hosting provider necessarily receives ordinary network information needed to deliver the site, such as IP address, requested URL, time, user agent, and security/diagnostic data.
Readyvio uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate visits, page views, and page-performance signals. Cloudflare describes this service as cookie-free and says it does not collect or use visitors' personal data. The analytics beacon does not receive the files you select, file contents, generated outputs, or filenames. Cloudflare may still process ordinary network information as the site's hosting and security provider.
Purposes and legal basis
Site delivery, abuse prevention, and security diagnostics rely on the legitimate interests of operating a safe, functional service. Aggregate page-performance measurement also relies on legitimate interests in understanding and improving the service. Readyvio does not use selected file contents for these purposes.
Cloudflare processing and retention
Cloudflare, Inc. may process ordinary network and analytics information in the United States and other locations under its current Data Processing Addendum, using the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and applicable Standard Contractual Clauses as safeguards. Cloudflare Web Analytics retains unsampled beacon data for seven days, then keeps aggregated metrics for longer-term reporting. Hosting and security-log retention can vary by the active Cloudflare plan and settings; the operator will keep those settings documented and use the shortest practical period.
Your data-protection rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Use the Readyvio contact form for a general request. Because Readyvio does not create accounts and analytics are aggregated, we may be unable to identify a person from an isolated request. You may also complain to your local data-protection supervisory authority; if the operator is established in Sweden, this is Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY) at imy.se.
The controller is Dawid Drohomirecki, established in Sweden. The operator identity, establishment address, and contact method are published in the legal notice. Do not send identity documents or other sensitive files by email.
Advertising and consent
Readyvio may display Native Banner, standard Banner, Social Bar, and Popunder placements supplied by Adsterra plus In-Page Push and Vignette Banner placements supplied by Monetag. Social Bar and Monetag formats choose their own responsive positions. A Popunder may open an advertiser page in another browser tab or window after an eligible interaction. These providers may process ordinary page, device, and advertising information and may use cookies or similar device storage for delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and frequency controls. The current site consent control keeps advertising disabled until you choose Agree; choosing Disagree keeps the provider scripts unloaded. You can change that choice with the Privacy & ad settings control.
Adsterra inventory can include adult-oriented advertising because that option was enabled in the publisher account. Ads are kept outside file-selection, processing, and download controls. Selected file contents, filenames, and generated outputs are not sent to advertising providers by Readyvio's tool code. The providers' own Adsterra privacy notice and Monetag privacy notice apply to their processing.
The consent choice is stored in your browser's local storage so the site can remember it. Removing site data or using the Ad preferences control lets you change the choice. Advertising remains subject to provider approval and may be disabled while configuration or compliance checks are incomplete.
Sensitive information
Do not send identity documents, private images, passwords, payment details, or application materials to a future support channel. Readyvio support will be for general questions and bug reports, not document submission.
Using Readyvio safely
Readyvio is not an official application service. Always check the receiving portal's current rules and inspect the downloaded result before submitting it.
