These plain-language terms describe the current Readyvio service and its limits.
No official affiliation or acceptance guarantee
The tools provide technical transformations only. They do not verify identity, eligibility, legal compliance, biometric suitability, or acceptance by any authority or service.
Keep originals
Keep an unchanged backup of every source file. Browser processing can change image quality, color, transparency, metadata, dimensions, or document layout.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for having the right to process each file, checking destination requirements, inspecting every output, and avoiding unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful use.
No professional advice
Tool output and guides are general technical information, not legal, immigration, financial, identity, biometric, or application advice. Use the receiving service's current official instructions.
Availability
Readyvio may change or be withdrawn. No uptime, storage, support-response, acceptance, or fitness guarantee is offered.
Ownership and licence
Readyvio owns its site, brand, guides, and original interface content. Subject to these terms, you may use the public tools for lawful personal or business preparation. You retain your rights in files you select; Readyvio does not claim ownership of them.
Service limits and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Readyvio is not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunity, or a destination rejecting an output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The effective date appears above; continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future use, subject to applicable law.
