JPG, PNG, and WebP input is supported; output is JPEG. The workflow crops to the requested aspect ratio, keeps the exact output dimensions, and refuses an impossible byte ceiling instead of silently shrinking those dimensions.
Readyvio verifies the output pixel dimensions and decimal-KB ceiling, then checks the JPEG for a defined set of sensitive metadata field names. It cannot verify biometric composition, official acceptance, color accuracy, every possible metadata form, or private information visible in the pixels.
This workflow is for application portals that publish an exact width, exact height, and maximum file size. It crops around your chosen focal position, preserves those requested dimensions, searches for a JPEG below the decimal-KB ceiling, and checks the output for a defined list of sensitive metadata fields.
Copy every requirement from the destination immediately before preparing the photo. A portal may also specify background, pose, head size, lighting, format, color, minimum quality, or recency rules that software cannot certify from dimensions and bytes alone.
Keep the original unchanged. Open the downloaded JPEG and inspect facial detail, background edges, clothing, headroom, color, and any private information visible in the pixels. A passed technical check is not an approval decision by a government, employer, school, or other receiving organization.
The exact dimensions could not fit below that byte ceiling within the quality safeguard. Choose a larger permitted limit, smaller permitted dimensions, or a tighter source crop instead of accepting an unreadable result.
No. It verifies technical output properties only. Pose, lighting, background, head size, document content, and current authority rules must be checked against the receiving service.

It looks for a defined set of sensitive EXIF, GPS, IPTC, XMP, and related field names in the finished JPEG. It cannot prove the absence of every proprietary structure or information visible in the pixels.
No. Keep the original privately. The downloaded JPEG is a separate application or sharing copy that may have different quality, metadata, and color characteristics.
The checked output is a JPEG sharing copy. Inspect composition, quality, visible private details, and the receiving authority’s current rules before submitting.
