Turn application images into a PDF without losing the page order

Combining images into a PDF is easy; proving that every page is present, readable, upright, and in the intended order takes a deliberate check.

Prepared by Readyvio from implemented and automated-tested tool behavior. Published 12 September 2026; last reviewed 12 September 2026.

Arrange before you generate

Name or review the images in the order the reader should see them. Readyvio shows a list and provides explicit move controls because operating-system file selection order is not a reliable document plan.

Each selected image becomes one PDF page. The tool orientation-normalizes the image and fits it inside margins rather than stretching it to fill the paper.

Choose the page size the destination expects

A4 and US Letter have different proportions. If the receiving service publishes a requirement, use it. Otherwise, choose the paper size appropriate to the intended reader and verify that text remains legible after fitting.

Large source images increase browser memory use and output size. Readyvio enforces per-file and aggregate safety limits; those limits protect the browser but do not guarantee that a portal will accept the finished PDF size.

Final PDF checklist

Do not submit directly from the creation confirmation. Download and open the actual file.

  • Confirm every source image appears once and in the correct order.
  • Choose A4 or US Letter from the destination’s rule.
  • Generate the PDF and confirm the verified page count.
  • Open the download and inspect every page for rotation, clipping, margins, and readability.
  • Check the final PDF byte size against the upload limit and retain the source images.

Related Readyvio tools

  • Put images into an ordered PDF — Arrange up to 20 images and fit them onto A4 or US Letter pages.
  • Compress image to a maximum KB — Choose any decimal KB ceiling and verify the final output bytes.

Always follow the receiving service’s current official requirements. Readyvio verifies technical outputs but does not guarantee acceptance.
